The post holder will work towards a Modern Apprenticeship (IT and Telecommunications) at SCQF Level 5 or Level 6.The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:Three Standard Grades at Level 3 or above with Computing desirable, orRelevant work experienceThe postholder is able to demonstrate:Skills and experience in: Good customer serviceWorking as a self-motivated team playerFollowing instructions and written processes An understanding of: Microsoft Windows 10/11Microsoft (e.g.
