Mobile Security Officer Relief - Croxley 07 January 2025 Are you a reliable, proactive individual looking for a flexible role in security?
We are seeking dedicated Mobile Security Officers to join our dynamic team on a zero-hours basis.
This role offers the flexibility to work as needed, covering various sites and shifts to maintain safety and security across our clients' premises, taking ownership of locking and unlocking our client's premises and being reactive when our NOC raise concerns about an alarm and attending sites to do patrols.
Position: Mobile Services Officer – Zero hours Pay rate: £13.00ph Shift Pattern: Nights and Weekends Location: Van based in Croxley - routes to cover St Albans, Watford and surrounding areas Benefits include: Financial support for SIA Licencing and renewal Cycle to work salary sacrifice scheme Company Pension scheme Life Assurance benefits Progression, training, and development opportunities Job Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, properties, or routes to ensure safety and security Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities in a timely manner Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences Flexibility to respond to different locations as needed Operate company vehicle in order to travel between sites Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary Must have: Door Supervisor SIA licence Full UK Manual Driving licence Excellent customer service and communication skills Quick thinking and problem-solving skills A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges Who We Are: Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses.
