9am - 7pm.
£33,122 per annum.
A quick look at the role.
You will be responsible for operating Mobile Plant and Fixed Plant within the Ford processing and bulking facility.
Be trained on all mobile plant including Clamp Truck, Shovel Loader, Grab Loader and Telehandler in all aspects of production processes.
Operate Baling press as required.
Conduct housekeeping duties and work within company H&S standards and procedures.

Safely operate various mobile plant machinery, including excavators, loaders, telehandlers, and compactors.
Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
Efficiently move, load, and process waste materials in line with operational procedures.
Ensure proper segregation and handling of different types of waste (e.g., general waste, recyclables, hazardous waste).
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and report any safety concerns or incidents.
Maintain cleanliness and order on-site, ensuring that all waste areas are clear and accessible.
Assist with site maintenance tasks and report any equipment defects or hazards.
Complete daily logs and inspection reports accurately.
Record material movements and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Requirements Proven experience operating mobile plant machinery in a waste management, construction, or industrial environment.
Knowledge of waste management regulations and environmental best practices.
Strong awareness of health and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
