Job Activities: Perform scheduled service inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on plant equipment.
Diagnose and address breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
Ensure all tasks comply with environmental, health, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service schedules.
Work collaboratively with the Workshop Manager and team to ensure efficient operations.
Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
Attend training sessions to remain updated on new products and repair techniques.
Knowledge and Skills Required: Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent).
Have experience in maintaining and repairing plant equipment.
Be proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Possess a full, valid driving licence (essential).
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
