4Site are currently looking for a mobile multi-traders for works across the South East and South West of England.
Our client is looking for presentable, client facing multi-skilled maintenance operatives to start immediately.  Requirements CSCS Card/NVQs (Preferred) Full UK Drivers License  Own tools Own van (Fuel, parking, ULEZ etc will be covered)   Jobs will include things such as but not limited to: Reactive maintenance call outs End of tenency voids Ceiling repairs Fixing shower heads etc Changing lights Adjusting doors   Hours 8am - 5pm Contract Permanent Payment £40,000 - £45,000p/a + bonuses
