Mobile Electrician - Commercial Portfolio - Kent - Package of £44,000 per annum CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial contract in the Kent area (Dartford, UK ? Gravesend, UK ? Kent, UK ? Maidstone, UK ? Rochester, UK ? Sidcup, UK ? Hours of work & Package Basic Salary of £38,000 Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week Paid travel time up to £6,000 per annum Call out 1 in 5 Weeks 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company van Private pension Private healthcare Optional private dental Key Responsibilities  Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance  Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting Emergency light testing Power distribution Electrical fault-finding Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits Control Panel maintenance Transformers Star Delta Starters General Building Maintenance  Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
Requirements City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Equivalent  18th Edition A good knowledge of electrical services Be able to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card Sound level of administration and organisational skills General Building Maintenance Multi-Skilled Work overtime when required Please send your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this role!
