Mobile Electrical Engineer

Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Commercial  Portfolio - Southampton - Up to £43,000 CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio around the Southampton, Hampshire and Basingstoke area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance, will work in a number of commercial contracts based in Southampton.

Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week Package Basic Salary of up to £43,000 Overtime available (1.5x in the week, 2x Saturday & Sunday) In house training    Key Responsibilities  Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance  Work as part of a team utilising other skills as required.
AHU / FCU / HVAC Maintenance  PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics PAT testing General Building Maintenance  Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
Requirements City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Equivalent  Testing & Inspection 2391 (Essential) 17th or 18th Edition A good knowledge of electrical services Sound level of administration and organisational skills General Building Maintenance Multi-Skilled Work overtime when required Mechanical experience desirable  Please send your CV to Tom Gotts at CBW Staffing Solutions to apply today.
