We are looking for a full time Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our growing team of service engineers.
You'll be working alongside our other service engineers across a large number of our commercial clients across London.
This is a fully remote role and requires a full UK driving licence.
This role will support the effective, efficient, and safe delivery of our client services by attending client sites to conduct planned and reactive maintenance.
Thermatic Technical FM provides complete nationwide coverage, across the full spectrum of Hard FM services to large, commercial clients.
Our team of mobile engineers is supported by the account teams at Head Office to provide both reactive breakdown and planned maintenance services to our clients.

Regular hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40 hour working week.
Whilst this is our company standard working week, our clients require "out of hours" maintenance so early starts/late finishes & night works are to be expected.
On Call: this role includes a 24 hour on call rota on a maximum 1 week in 4 schedule (Friday-Thursday).
Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Essential: City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 Parts 1, 2, & 3, JIB approved electrician, or NVQ Level 3 equivalentCity & Guilds 2391 Electrical Inspection and TestingIPAF & PASMAPart P Electrical certificateWorking knowledge of BS7671, 18th Edition Electrical Installation Regulations & associated legislative standardsWorking knowledge of Building RegulationsSound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations regarding maintenance activitiesAsbestos AwarenessFull UK driving licence required.
Responsibilities include: Undertaking all aspects of electrical installation, commissioning, fault finding, and maintenanceCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with Thermatic's PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and task schedules as directed by the Help Desk and/or management teamProviding accurate timesheet information to designated timeframesCarrying out basic facilities maintenance tasks as requiredSupporting team members including acting as second-man where requiredParticipating in a 24 hour call out rotaAttending team meetings or briefings as requiredSupporting contract teams with meeting SLAs by attending client premises within the desired timeframeSupporting Thermatic with maintaining positive client relationships through on-site interactions with representatives and customers of our clientsAssisting office-based staff with producing quotations by providing accurate and good quality information where extra works are identifiedProducing technical and situational reports as requiredEscalating any major site issues or incidents via the appropriate channel and within acceptable timeframesSupporting the training and upskilling of junior service engineersOur People: We're a business built on people and it's the people that make us different from other companies.
