Based in East Kilbride, we specialise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of door types, ensuring safety and efficiency for our customers across Scotland & northern England.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team.
The Role As a mobile engineer, you will play a vital role in our operations, responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of various door types at customer sites.
Your duties will include: ·      Responding to emergency callouts and conducting repairs on industrial roller doors, high-speed doors, sectional overhead doors, roller shutters, and hinged steel doors.
·      Conducting fault finding and diagnosis, while advising customers on potential issues and solutions.
·      Completing electronic job sheets and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.
This position requires a commitment to a standard 40-hour work week, with opportunities for overtime as and when required.
Requirements ·      Excellent customer service skills and a self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude.
·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·      Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·      Organised yet flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing workloads.
·      Physically capable of manual work, including lifting and using mechanical aids.
·      A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering and door installation & maintenance is required.
·      Driving License ·      IPAF Certificate ·      PASMA Certificate ·      NVQ Level 2 in Door & Gate Systems – Installation & Maintenance ·      Level 2 Award in Industrial & Garage Door Safety ·      CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) ·      MIG, ARC & TIG Welding Experience (preferred but not essential) ·      Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential) Benefits ·      Company events ·      Company pension ·      Free on-site parking ·      Opportunities for ongoing training and development ·      Monday to Friday work with occasional weekend work as and when required to meet client demands.
