About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client to work on a Mixed Commercial portfolio working across Cambridge & Hertfordshire, to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems as well as respond to site engineering emergencies within agreed service levels.
Responsibilities: * Carry out routine maintenance to all building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels.
* Ensure that reactive breakdowns are carried out in accordance with agreed service levels.
* Complete timesheets accurately, recording site time, expenses etc.
and submit weekly with report sheets.
* Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
* Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to provide safe working practices.
* Encourage a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures High levels of customer service, maintaining effective relationships with key client contact.
Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) Strong building services background Fully Commercially Gas qualified.
