Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Facilities Management - Swansea, South Wales - 40,000 DOE Plus fully expensed van This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK, based at one of their prestigious client's sites in Swansea, South Wales.
8:00 am to 5:00 pm 40 hours a week Salary: £40,000 Plus Fully Expensed Van Role Responsibilities: Undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment. Service, maintain, and repair split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps. Keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work. Report any defects and keep informed of site activities during service visits. Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate: NVQ level 3 in air conditioning. F-GAS Category 1 certification. Time served in an air conditioning specific role. Presented in a clean and tidy manner to represent the company. Able to carry tools up to 20kg.
