An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Southeast/Central London.
GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile AC Engineer to work on across a portfolio of buildings within the Southeast/Central London.
The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Southeast London and Central London.
The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity.
The successful candidate will have experience within HVAC + Air conditioning systems.
In return the company are offering a salary up to £45,000 with overtime and a Van + Fuel card provided.
The role will require a Basic DBS.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: PPM's and Reactive works HVAC Maintenance AHU's, FCU's, VRV's and Chillers Emergency light testing Tap temperature checks Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Updating site log books Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks Supervising Sub-Contractors Being on call which is 1 in 10 with a standby allowance provided Required Skills: AC and Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3 F-GAS Qualification Working experience in a HVAC or Building Services environment Other preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and basic plumbing.
Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
