We are looking for an experienced marketing/business leader to join our SMB marketing team for Amazon Ads.
In this role, you will lead a net new, strategic program to scale B2B educational content through external partnerships.
This is a highly visible opportunity to own a zero-to-one program.
You will be responsible for setting the vision, scoping the possibilities, prioritizing the opportunities, and delivering results.
The ideal candidate for this role understands digital advertising and is passionate about building a best-in-class B2B education network.
You are a strong communicator who can earn trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
You have a relentless focus on testing and learning in a data driven environment, using customer data and insights to deliver bar-raising experiences.

The global SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) Ads marketing team serves unmanaged advertisers globally.
Our mission is twofold: 1) Grow Amazon Ads awareness & consideration amongst SMBs globally 2) Drive Sponsored Ads demand for the self service organization (SSO) channel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experienceMasters degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, KeynoteExperience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executionsExperience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to deliveryExperience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executivesExperience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
