The RoleAs part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care, and / or the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patientsAssessment of presenting conditions, initiation of investigations, determination of differential diagnosis, initiate treatment and where appropriate discharge patientsReview treatment plans developed by less experienced staff in order to confirm differential diagnosis and advise on discharge/referralIn the absence of the Team Leader for MINTS the post holder will have responsibility for the management of the MINTS Service including supervision, development and deployment of junior staff* Candidate applying must have valid UK NMC pin *Contract typeBand 5 / Permanent / Full Time - 37.5 hours per weekNHS LanarkshireHave you always wanted to work with NHS Lanarkshire?
