Senior Chef de Rang Ideal Profile: Experience : Prior experience in Michelin-starred/Rosette or 5-star dining environments, demonstrating familiarity with high standards of service and culinary presentation.
Guest Engagement : A natural ability to engage with guests, ensuring all interactions are courteous, professional, and exceed expectations.
Efficiency Under Pressure : Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and quality in a fast-paced environment.
