Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Collaborate with colleagues to prepare menus, ensuring they are diverse, appealing, and meet the needs of the customers Ensure the adequacy of supplies at stations, organizing and replenishing ingredients as needed to support efficient service Prepare ingredients that should be readily available for use during service times, maintaining a focus on freshness and quality Follow the guidance of the Head and contribute ideas for new ways of presentation or dishes, adding creativity and innovation to the culinary offerings Put effort into optimising the cooking process, balancing speed and quality to ensure timely and delicious meals for customers Enforce strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to regulations and best practices to ensure the safety of food preparation
