Job Title: Minibus Driver Location: Basildon Salary: £21,200 Contract: Full-time, 30 hours per week Shift Times: Morning: 7:00 am – 9:30 am (approx.)
Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (approx.)

Through a range of cognitively stimulating and physically engaging activities—such as walking football, golf, music therapy, arts and crafts, and swimming—they empower their members to live their best lives.
About the Role: They are seeking a reliable and compassionate Minibus Driver to join their team.
You will play a key role in transporting their members to and from their centre, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities: Safely transport members to and from their centre.
Provide kind and patient support to individuals living with dementia.
Ensure the minibus is clean, maintained, and roadworthy.
Report on any maintenance requirements of bus.
Build positive relationships with members and their families.
What They're Looking For: A D1 Licence is essential.
A full clean driving licence.
Experience or understanding of working with individuals living with dementia.
Kind, patient, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
Able to provide professional references.
