Are you a Chartered Planner looking for a new opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects across the UK?
This role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile developments in the minerals, energy infrastructure, waste management, and commercial sectors.
About the Role As part of a dynamic planning team, you will take responsibility for a variety of projects, including: Energy infrastructure (solar, battery storage, wind, hydrogen).
Waste management.
Mineral extraction and processing.
Commercial and strategic land schemes.
You will handle a broad range of planning and development tasks, including: Preparing and coordinating planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
Undertaking planning policy and appraisal work.
Managing land promotion and development management processes.
Providing strategic and tactical planning advice to clients.
Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, clients, and local communities.
Managing sub-consultants and conducting site appraisals.
You will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Chartered Planners and Landscape Architects to deliver key projects and contribute to the growth of the business.
About You The ideal candidate will have: RTPI qualification (or working towards it).
A Degree or Master's in a relevant planning discipline.
A strong understanding of the planning system.
Experience in sectors such as minerals, energy, waste, commercial, or residential development.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
