Location: Keighley, Yorkshire - BD21 Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus Car Allowance Position: Mineral Planner Full-Time We are seeking a talented and motivated Mineral Planner to join our clients successful and dynamic team.
You will play a key role in managing and delivering a variety of mineral planning projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and planning policies.

Mineral Planner Key Responsibilities: Provide expert planning advice and guidance on mineral development projects.
Prepare and submit planning applications, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects meet legal and policy requirements.
Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.
Manage stakeholder engagement and public consultation processes.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Stay up-to-date with changes in planning legislation, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications: A degree in Planning, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in mineral planning or a similar discipline.
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policies related to mineral development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
