Aspiring Trainee Teacher - Teaching Assistant Role
Location: Cobham
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £95 - £115 per day
Are you an aspiring teacher eager to kickstart your career in education?
We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Cobham.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your teaching skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Support students with their learning needs, ensuring inclusivity for all.
Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons and educational resources.
Observe and report on student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children.
A proactive approach to supporting diverse learners.
Previous experience working with children, whether in a school, tutoring, or volunteer capacity.
Relevant qualifications or a commitment to gaining qualifications.
