Full and part time hours available (minimum 15 per week) We are currently seeking new team members for our services located in the Park North area of Swindon.
At Bembridge House we support eight adults (some with complex needs) with their day to day lives, including a variety of activities, from shopping, travelling around the area, going to cinema, and beyond.

Shift times are 07:15-14:15 and 14:15-21:45.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in line with their care plans Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Provide emotional support and companionship to the people we support Monitor and report any changes in their health or behaviour Help with household tasks and meal preparation Ensure the safety and wellbeing of those under your care Experience: Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable Knowledge of first aid procedures is advantageous Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection guidelines Ability to work well within a team and independently If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and possess the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
