LEAD INFORMATION Job Title MIGWelder Site location Wigan Responsible to Production Manager Responsible for Manufacturing welded steel components with use of MIG welding guns KEY INFORMATION Reason for vacancy Increased demand Contract Full time, temp to perm Basic pay £13.50ph, 1.5x basic rate for overtime Shifts Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Fridays 8am-12.30pm Holidays Accrualwhilstagency (21 days + BH once permanent) RESPONSIBILITIES The role Our client based in Wigan is recruiting for MIGWelders to join their busy team on full time temp to perm contracts.
The responsibilities of this role are as follows - MIG Welding Working in a fast-paced environment Production style welding in a variety of positions Finishing and quality assurance of products Manual handling of products and equipment All welding completed in jigs ESSENTIAL SKILLS Previous MIG welding experience Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Good level of verbal and written English TPBN1_UKTJ
