Mig Welder / Fabricator

LOCATION: MIDDLETON AREA SALARY: £16.00 PER HOUR HOURS: 39 HOURS PER WEEK DURATION: FULL-TIME, PERM The role: The candidate will play a crucial role in both the fabrication of components and the assembly of our advanced waste management equipment, including chain conveyors, belt conveyors, and hydraulic and pneumatic tippers as well as other material handling and automation equipment.
Welding and Fabrication: - Fabricate components from engineering drawings with precision.
- Perform high-quality welding (mostly MIG) to ensure the durability and integrity of products.
- Output high quality mild steel fabricated sub-assemblies working with a range of materials from 2mm to 20mm.
Assembly: - Assemble painted/prefinished conveyors, including rollers and motor gearboxes, using nuts, bolts, and other fasteners.
- Accurately align and fit components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
