You must be able to navigate a collaborative culture, motivating your team members to uphold Chapel's creative excellence and deliver client satisfaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage varying projects from proposal to delivery Act as the main point of contact for all clients and suppliers Oversee in-house and commissioned creative teams Assign responsibilities to get the best out of every brief Generate proposals, timelines, SOWs and POs Manage budget trackers and monitor progression Liaise with clients regularly to maintain an efficient workflow Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time Organise and lead in/external meetings including WIPs Source, build and maintain third party relationships Support and contribute to Chapel's creative progression ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with leadership team on pitch applications KEY SKILLS Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills An excellent knowledge of the creative process Methodical and pro-active approach to management A sensitivity towards client/collaborator engagement Literate and numerate with strong administration skills Familiarity with financial and legal obligations Confidence to present ideas clearly and concisely in/externally Ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment Show initiative and decisiveness under pressure Highly adaptable when faced with challenging situations A natural 'can do' attitude and dedication to ALL projects
