We're looking for a strategic mid-weight brand designer to join a top Bristol agency.
With a strong pipeline of work and increasingly interesting and complex briefs to tackle, this is a great opportunity for a strategically minded branding creative.
What you'll be doing You'll be joining a high calibre agency with a fantastic portfolio of work.
As a mid-weight you'll be working end-to-end from concept and ideation to the finished product.
The team partners with brands across a variety of sectors but thrives in the complexity of well-considered and strategic brand work, often with a strong digital element.
As a designer you'll be focussed on creative and design rather than delivering the technology itself but a brand designer with good digital credentials would suit best.
You'll create brands and designs that work seamlessly online and offline as well as in motion, whether that's a creative execution or thinking about digital interaction.

What experience you'll need Previous experience in a design role within an agency.
Experienced in strategic brand creating beyond logo design.
Good digital capability, able to create work that excels in digital just as much as offline.
A portfolio that showcases your design craft and thinking, with clear evidence of strategic input on projects.
Competent with contemporary design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite.
A great communicator, collaborative and able to share and take feedback in a positive way.
Any experience in motion graphics and illustration beneficial but not necessarily required.
A growth mindset would be beneficial, always looking to develop creatively and learn.
