Role overview As a Social Media Creative (B2B) at Cubaka, you will be:Use your understanding of target demographics to produce content that captivates and retains their interest.Present ideas and lead a team to deliver high-quality content.
Develop and execute innovative video and static content for organic and paid social media.
Craft compelling narratives that effectively engage audiences.
Manage end-to-end video production for social campaigns, from scripting to post-production.
Write compelling ad copy that drives user interaction and complements visual content.
Work with analytics teams to refine campaigns based on performance data.
You will bring:3+ years working in a creative role with a focus on social media content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
A portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok).
Experience managing and leading more junior creatives to get the best from them Excellent storytelling and conceptualisation skills, with experience turning ideas into visually compelling content.
Latest knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and advertising formats.
Experience working collaboratively in a rapid, time-bound environment, while also autonomously juggling several projects.Experience presenting creative concepts and ideas.
