About the role Having built our own internal platform to facilitate the delivery of our services, we're now looking for a new developer to work with the existing team to: Help create new features in the platform Bring a fresh UX perspective to maximise platform engagement Help with ongoing enhancements, bug fixing and optimisation Be instrumental in coming up with ideas and suggestions for taking Dextera (our shiny piece of kit) to the next level!
We work with a range of technologies and whilst we don't expect you to be familiar with them all, here's an idea of what you'll be working with; PHP – we currently work with Laravel.

About you For this particular role, we're keen for the individual to already know their onions when it comes to development so we are looking for someone with experience.
3 years + software development experience.
A clear focus on ongoing knowledge enhancement and staying ahead of industry changes An exceptional team player; it's a small development team and supporting one another is crucial Ability to manage time and tasks, working to deadlines and release dates as needed.
This may require some flexibility in when hours are worked.
Additionally, any of the following are a bonus to your application: Interest in and / or experience of AI and algorithm development Previous experience with Forge, AWS or Tailwind Solid database management experience and knowledge of PowerBI Any previous management experience Above all, we love someone with a positive attitude who likes a challenge and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with the team.
