Microstrategy Developer

MicroStrategy Developer Working in a very large data installation, reporting and extracting on data in tables containing a large number of rows.
You will be responsible for the build, maintenance of reporting solutions that underpin the Data Distribution and Analytics department.

You should be able to understand the intricacies of in-depth data and being able to identify the most efficient ways to extract and transform it.
This role is for someone with deep MicroStrategy knowledge, someone who can push the boundaries of what the MicroStrategy product can achieve.

Office Location: Manchester
Flexibility : Hybrid working - 2 days onsite, 3 days from home
Salary : Up to £55,000 plus benefits and 15% annual bonus!

Key skills required Extensive commercial experience using MicroStategy.
Data profiling, analysis and visualisation skills.
Ability to break down complex requirements into simple solutions.
Methodical with a strong attention to the detail.
Knowledge of performance monitoring and query tuning.
Any commercial experience with Google BigQuery, Looker, GIT or JIRA is desirable.
Main responsibilities Deliver high quality reporting and data extracts.
Developing reporting solutions that process, reconcile and aggregate vast amounts of data.
Develop in-depth and detailed knowledge of business data and KPIs.
Analysing and troubleshooting poorly performing queries, reports and procedures.
Conduct QA to ensure your code is accurate and performing.
