Microsoft M365 Engineer - JP Morgan - Bournemouth - 12 months contract - PAYE - Hybrid We are seeking a Microsoft M365 Engineer preferably with experience within the financial services industry or similar large regulated environment to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 12 months contract.
You should have experience of a good mix of the M365 products and experienced working on migration projects.
Additional development skills such as Office 365 Automation, PowerShell, .net, infrastructure automation would be highly advantageous.
Role Description: As a Microsoft M365 Engineer, you will be a technical design authority delivering M365 products and services to our workforce.
Working with other engineering & architecture groups across the wider technology organization you will deliver robust and secure platforms on which we can operate at scale.
The role will focus on activities related to mergers & acquisitions for the enterprise messaging / collaboration products within M365.
You will also assist with the delivery of our business-to-business collaboration capability & have excellent knowledge of associated controls.
Additionally, appreciation and experience of security, legal and regulatory/compliance controls required to move data into a cloud service, preferably from the finance sector.
Required skills: Migration Experience for M365 products (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Exchange Online Hybrid) SharePoint Online / OneDrive Expertise Skype/Teams integration Networking/Express Route Experience pertaining to SaaS.
Large Scale Migration Tooling/Automation/Process experience Desirable skills: O365 Mobile Productivity/Intune Support Microsoft EXO/Exchange/SP/SPO/Teams/OneDrive Migration tools like - Quest on Demand, Avepoint, Bittitan Scripting and automation - PowerShell .Net development Office Pro Plus Azure Active Directory / Identity Design Awareness of Federate eDiscovery, MCAS, Security & compliance center.
Networking/Express Route Experience pertaining to SaaS.
Detailed knowledge of the M365 DLP controls landscape.
Azure Information Protection *Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days minimum office based and up to 2 days wfh.
