Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (2 roles) Location: Leeds / Hybrid (Remote) Employment Type: Perm About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer and a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer .
This role involves designing, customizing, and developing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to meet business needs and drive digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing).
Build workflows, plugins, and integrations to enhance system functionality.
Technical Design and Documentation: Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Document system configurations and development processes.
System Integration: Collaborate with other systems using Azure services or third-party APIs.
Develop and support data migration processes between Dynamics 365 and other platforms.
Support and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Implement updates, patches, and enhancements as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and end-users to ensure Dynamics 365 aligns with organizational goals.
Provide training and guidance to users and technical teams.
Qualifications: Essential: Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (at least 2+ years).
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong skills in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and Dataverse.
Knowledge of SQL databases and data migration tools.
Familiarity with integration platforms and APIs, including REST and SOAP.
Desirable: Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
