But, if you had a platform that went 3D on you and gave you in depth information on you as a person, where your ability is and then how you can improve, that suddenly becomes more useful.
You can then set yourself real goals and then track the progress.
This was all created by a Physician, neuroscientist and leadership expert.
They've got to the point where they now need to bring in their dev team internal.
You'll take full technical ownership of their digital platform.
Working closely with internal analysts and external digital suppliers to build scalable, reliable, and future-proof applications using C#, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
You'll get to lead on consolidating systems, streamlining DevOps with CICD pipelines, and creating a tech strategy from scratch, all while driving meaningful change in how global leaders are assessed and developed.
They're initially looking for 2 hires.
Being the first 2 gives you a lot of responsibility and autonomy and the chance to build a team around you.

To be considered you'll have:
Strong experience with C# development and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Solid Azure experience, including Azure Functions and data services.
A DevOps mindset with experience building CICD pipelines and scalable tech environments.
You'll also need to be based in the UK, Ideally in the South of England.
