About this position The Microsoft 365 Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft365 services, including EntraID, Intune, Autopilot, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
Evaluate current and new technologies for implementation.
Administer, manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Microsoft 365 environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 related issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with existing systems and applications.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users and team members (1/2nd line staff) on Microsoft 365 tools and features.
What we're looking for Experience managing Microsoft 365 in a company with a history of M&A activity would be advantageous.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Intune administration (inc. Autopilot).
Strong/Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101) are a plus.
Experience with cloud migration tools such as BitTitan & Cloudiway are a plus.
