MFL Teacher - Spanish & French Location: Braintree, Essex Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Start Date: January 2025 Salary: £30,000 - £52,000 per annum (Depending on experience) We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to join our vibrant and supportive team in a well-established academy setting.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Spanish and French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A-level.
Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for languages and encourages student participation.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the MFL department.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in a language-related subject.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language education.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
