Position Overview: The successful MFL Teacher – French & Spanish will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You will have the opportunity to inspire students, fostering both linguistic proficiency and cultural awareness through dynamic teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school's ethos.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and enthusiasm for language learning.
Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help each student improve and achieve their full potential.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Modern Foreign Languages department to enrich the student learning experience.
Stay updated on the latest teaching strategies and developments in French and Spanish education.
Qualifications and Experience: A degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Demonstrated experience as an MFL Teacher at the secondary level.
