£17.12 basic £34.24 Sundays  6am to 2pm Mon to Fri  I have been asked by a very well known and successful steel company to find Skilled Platers This is an exciting time to join a rapidly expanding young bridge building company.
Most of the work is heavy steel bridge fabrications so experience working on this type of work is desirable but not essential.
As a plater you must be comfortable working on your own or part of a team.
As a Plater the ability to read engineering drawings essential.
Work to tight tolerances.
Good with all hand tools.
As a plater you must be able to mig weld jobs/tacking up ready for the welder.
As a plater you must have a good eye for detail and be neat in your work.
Overtime is paid at premium rates and double time Sundays.
