Messaging Engineer - Sc Clearance

A global organisation is seeking an experienced Messaging Engineer to join their team in Hertfordshire.
You will be responsible for administering Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, and Blackberry Enterprise Server.
You will also be working on incident and problem management, security and compliance, and capacity management reporting.
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £50K - £55K + Bonus and Benefits.
The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities: * Administer Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, and Blackberry Enterprise Server * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to messaging and collaboration tools * Implement and enforce security policies and controls for messaging platforms * Monitor and optimize Exchange server performance and security * Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical problems Requirements: * Proven experience in administering Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business * Familiarity with Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) administration * Strong understanding of email protocols, such as SMTP, IMAP, and POP * Experience with email archiving solutions and compliance requirements * Knowledge of Active Directory integration with messaging systems * Knowledge of VMware (to the extent of working with VM Payloads) with NetApp SAN and Cohesity backups SC Clearance is required for this role, so if you already hold SC Clearance or are eligible, please apply.
