Mess Manager - Exmouth

Mess Manager - CTCRM Lympstone, Exmouth Salary: £32,424 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional weekends depending on business needs)
Shift Pattern: 08:00-16:30
Holiday: 28 days holiday (extra 3 days after 2 years of service)

The Mess Manager will oversee the day-to-day services and hospitality for any functions. You will manage a team ensuring that stock and kitchen needs are met whilst ensuring the excellence of services provided.
