Senior Manager - Technology M&A Company Overview: Are you seeking a rewarding career in the fast-paced world of M&A advisories?

Our team works closely with top-tier clients, including leading Private Equity firms, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors.
We specialize in M&A Strategy & Execution, and M&A Commercial & Technology Due Diligence, focusing on companies where technology plays a pivotal role in their strategic direction.
Role Responsibilities: Lead Technology Due Diligence engagements, driving thorough analyses and insightful recommendations.
Provide expert support to clients on Tech financials, including IT Opex/Capex assessment, synergy evaluation, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations.
Spearhead sales initiatives in the London Private Equity and Corporate markets, nurturing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to develop compelling proposals and sales pitches, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
Work closely with our Europe-wide teams, contributing your expertise across diverse industries.
Assist in shaping and executing the firm's M&A strategy, leveraging your insights and industry knowledge.
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in M&A advisory roles, with a strong track record of success.
Demonstrated expertise in leading technology due diligence engagements, with a deep understanding of IT financial analysis.
Experience working with Private Equity clients and engaging with CxO level stakeholders.
Strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to drive business growth and seize new opportunities.
Excellent business judgment and resourcefulness, coupled with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous and high-pressure environments characteristic of M&A transactions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
Familiarity with IT Separation and Integration management is advantageous.
An MBA degree is preferred.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
