Merchandise & Buying Assistant -Contemporary Accessories Brand

We have partnered with a contemporary accessories brand, who are looking for a bright and efficient merchandise assistant to support the small merchandising team , reporting into senior management.

You will ideally have at least a years experience in merchandising or allocation, and be analytical and commercial thinking and keen to progress your career within merchandising within a fast growing on trend brand.

Key responsibilities:
Purchase orders experience is a necessity for this role , you must be experienced at raising and amending PO's Manage delivery schedule and shipment schedules.
Review and analyse sales, flagging any potential winners Coordinate with Finance and Warehousing on invoicing Communicate and pre-empt any delivery issues with suppliers Produce stock and sales reports
Deputise for the AM as required Assist AM with product and pricing set up and maintenance
Communicate with all other HQ departments Key skills
Advanced Excel Natural problem solver Advanced MS skills experience God communicator Commercial thinking Can Do attitude Knowledge of VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables, would be beneficial
