MEP Associate Cost Manager Our Opportunity We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable MEP Cost Manager at Principal or Associate level to join our thriving business.

You will be building on existing client relationships and therefore ensuring commissions are delivered on time.
Find out what it is like to work at Pick Everard here: Life at PickEverard - Pick Everard About You In order to be considered for this role, you must: Have relevant MEP experience within Cost Management in a consultancy environment.
Be proficient in managing projects across the built environment, conducting feasibility studies, detailed cost planning and have both pre and post contract experience.
Have experience liaising directly with client.
Have ability to control day to day programming and planning.
Have excellent client communication skills, report writing skills, presentation skills at project level.
Have a thorough understanding of the principal standard forms of Building Contracts including JCT and NEC3.
