We work across sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence and heritage. With Pick Everard, you can expect to be able to diversify your experience and work with some high profile, prestigious clients.
Your focus will be with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and reports. You will be building on existing client relationships and therefore ensuring commissions are delivered on time.
About You
In order to be considered for this role, you must: Have relevant MEP experience within Cost Management in a consultancy environment. Be proficient in managing projects across the built environment, conducting feasibility studies, detailed cost planning and have both pre and post contract experience. Have experience liaising directly with clients. Have the ability to control day to day programming and planning. Have excellent client communication skills, report writing skills, presentation skills at project level. Have a thorough understanding of the principal standard forms of Building Contracts including JCT and NEC3.
