Mental Wellbeing Practitioner Location : HMP Chelmsford Salary: £24,000 per annum The Mental Wellbeing Diagnosis practitioner will operate across HMP Chelmsford, working with adults on an individual or group face-to-face basis, to enable the services to meet the complex and changing needs of people experiencing co-existing mental health and substance misuse issues.
