Mental Health Support Worker Location: Blandford Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience) Job Type: Part/Full-time Start Date: Immediate Are you passionate about supporting students' mental health and well-being?
GSL Education are thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join a supportive school team in Blandford .
This role is ideal for someone who is committed to promoting positive mental health and emotional well-being in young people.

Responsibilities of a Mental Health Support Worker: Provide one-to-one and group support to students with mental health and emotional needs.
Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment for students to express themselves.
Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor and support students' wellbeing.
Implement strategies to promote positive mental health and well-being in students.
Support students in overcoming challenges that may affect their learning and behaviour.
Requirements of a Mental Health Support Worker: Experience working with young people, ideally in a mental health or support role.
A genuine passion for supporting students with mental health needs.
Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
