We're seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join an outstanding mental health charity in Boston, Lincolnshire.
What You'll Do: Provide compassionate and individualised support to adults experiencing mental health crisis.
Empower clients to develop and lead their own recovery plans, fostering independence and control.
Utilise therapeutic interventions to promote well-being and stability.
Collaborate with external agencies to connect clients with additional resources.
