Encourage independence Support residents in making their own choices.
Manage medication Ensure safe and correct medication handling.
Build relationships Communicate well with residents, families, and visitors.

Lead the team Guide and support your team to deliver care smoothly.
Keep learning Stay up to date with professional development and NMC requirements.
