Our facility provides care for up to 12 young people aged 13 to 18 who require support for complex mental health needs.
Main duties of the job Your RoleAs a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in the recovery of our young people, working closely with them and their families to assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment plans.

Job description Job responsibilities Act as the key worker for young people open in inpatients facility, working collaboratively with the young people, their families, Care Coordinator and wider care team.Work with a high risk client group who have severe mental health problems, dealing with severely challenging behaviour on occasions and respond to emergency situations.Develop respectful and trusting relationships through the involvement of, and discussion with the child or young person.Consult with children, young people and their carers to make sure that their needs are understood and met in an encouraging and nurturing environment.Act as advocate for the young person as necessaryPlease see the attached job description for full responsibilities.
