We're a high quality, responsive, forward-thinking organisation proudly serving our local community.The Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner will beresponsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of the patient.
Toundertake consultations with patients as an autonomous practitioner usingadvanced clinical practice skills, own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer,or discharge patients.The post is a casual one whereby shifts are requested and allocated via an app-based rota system.
We are currently looking for an Advanced Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join the 7-Day GP Service team who are flexible to work from 5pm in the evenings between Monday to Friday and throughout the weekend during the daytime.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Non-medical independent/supplementary Nurse prescriber V300 MSc in Advanced Practice Experience Essential Experience of working in a mental health setting or a strong interest/experience of dealing with patients with mental health issues Ability to motivate others by influencing and inspire others in new enhanced ways of working Ability to work autonomously Strong leadership and a shared vision for better care Ability to use the EMIS Clinical System used within local primary care Highly developed interpersonal skills, negotiation, conflict management, feedback, partnership working, and coaching skills Ability to communicate with stakeholders and convey complex messages to different recipient groups Able to develop effective and mutually supportive relationships with key partners within and without organisations Strong intellectual, strategic, and systemic thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and laterally to achieve outcomes Ability to recover and recuperate quickly from difficult or challenging situations.
