As a Menswear Design Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative, trend-led, and commercially appealing menswear products.
Your work will directly shape our brand and inspire our customers, blending aspirational design with an in-depth understanding of the market.
This role is an incredible opportunity to grow your skills, work on exciting projects, and contribute to delivering exceptional menswear collections that resonate with our diverse and evolving customer base.
What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our team, you role will encompass the following: Trend and Product Development: Assist in researching, identifying, and interpreting key trends, colours, and designs to create compelling collections aligned with our competitors and aspirational brands.
Design Execution: Support the creation of detailed tech packs, product briefs, and move-ons for existing designs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Collaborative Innovation: Contribute to planning sessions, creative meetings, and range reviews, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
Admin and Coordination: Maintain and manage design assets, including coordinating samples, Pantone colour matching, and tracking all design activity.
Competitor Insights: Conduct research and provide detailed shopping reports, competitor analyses, and product presentations.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient system management of design information to streamline workflows.
Brand and Customer Understanding: Stay tuned to the evolving needs of our customers and integrate brand DNA into every aspect of design.
Software Expertise: Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools to bring your creative ideas to life.

Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days.
We don't have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
