Men'S First Team Assistant Coach

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Role Overview: You will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training programmes, analyse performance data, and support player development initiatives.
This role requires a commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of the game and the ability to effectively collaborate with the coaching staff and players.
What you'll be doing: Assisting in the planning and execution of training sessions, focusing on technical skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
Analysing match footage and developing strategic plans for upcoming fixtures.
Evaluating player performance and providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Supporting the development and implementation of individualised training programmes for players.
Assisting in scouting and recruitment efforts by identifying and evaluating potential talent.
Demonstrating professionalism and leadership, serving as a positive role model for players.
Collaborating with coaching staff, players, and club management to foster a positive team culture.
Pursuing continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
About you: Previous experience within professional football.
Strong knowledge of football tactics, training methods, and player development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with coaching staff, players, and management.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in football coaching.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the football season.
Genuine desire to contribute to the success of AFC Fylde.
UEFA A license is a required qualification Full, clean driving licence.
