Our membership is open exclusively to great conversationalists, humorists & storytellers.
Membership Sales Representative Orators is looking for a Membership Sales Representative to help drive membership growth in our launch city London & beyond.
Our ambition is to launch 5 cities by the end of 2025 & believe the model can support dozens of cities globally.
This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage start up, to work closely with a small & very experienced team.

We are looking for someone with a background in luxury sales &/or service, who is excited to develop & grow our highly curated members community.
You will be working closely with the Founder/CEO & the Head of Membership Development across the following areas of responsibility: Identify & qualify potential members & partnership opportunities through extensive research & targeted prospecting.
Outreach via phone, social dms, email & in-person, to attract prospective members.
Help the team to schedule sales meetings with qualified leads & assist in the sales process.
Generate high quality leads & build a robust pipeline to support sales objectives.
First point of contact for membership queries via in person, phone & email.
Manage the membership inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Maintain & update CRM with all relevant sales data.
Ad-hoc projects as needed to support the team & member experience.
Requirements: Experience with HNWIs or the luxury sector.
Experience with private members clubs is an advantage.
Good understanding of London's high-end restaurants & social scene.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, goal-orientated, & driven to succeed.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an SDR or in a similar role.
Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
Familiarity with lead generation processes & CRM management.
This is a start up & as a result there are things that will be needed outside of your specific remit including but not limited to: Care deeply about the member experience being exceptional throughout Collaborate with those leading on the member acquisition, partnerships, experience & operations of Orators, to deliver consistently excellent member feedback.
Willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business as required.
